Spread ½ inch think onto baking sheet lined with parchment paper or 9 by 13 baking pan.
Bake at 325℉ for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and "flip" or stir/rotate with a spatula. You want to ensure all the oats are baking evenly. Return to oven and repeat until the oats are dry and crunchy. This should take at least three 10 minutes cycles in total but maybe longer depending on your oven.
When they have reached your desired crunch level, remove from oven and cool on stove top.
