Hi, it’s nice to meet you!


Knowing how to make simple, healthy food that tastes great is a learnable skill. Delicious food makes you want to come back for more. It’s entirely possible to do this the Whole Food Plant-Based way, no matter where you are at with cooking. 

I healed my own autoimmune and thyroid issues, and continue to keep high blood pressure and high cholesterol issues in check by reinventing the way I eat and cook.

My goal is to inspire YOU to do the same by embracing a plant-fueled lifestyle to live a healthier and more vibrant life by teaching cooking classes to foster:

  • Eating plants in their whole food state
  • Using no animals, no oil, no dairy, no refined sugar or processed foods
  • Learning culinary techniques to start and support your own health.


Just a little bit about me


I am a wife, mother of two, a Fortune 500 company employee for over 30 years, and on the go all the time. I am one of those who lives to eat! I didn’t pay attention for years to what my family and I ate. It took its toll on me and resulted in chronic illnesses. It stole my energy and health.

In 2018 I got sick and tired of being “sick and tired” for years. I had too many doctor visits and prescriptions. It really hit me when the endocrinologist suggested removing my thyroid. I thought: “There has to be a better way“. 

After listening to hours of podcasts, watching documentaries about our standard American diet (SAD) and food supply systems, buying over 20 books by top researchers/physicians in this field, and investing my own time/money into several nutrition certifications – I GOT IT!  How could the very food I had been lovingly making and serving my family/friends be the main source of my health issues? 

I found a better way through whole food plant-based (WFPB) eating and I’ve been on a journey to regain my health for the past several years.  I have reinvented the way I eat and cook.  I’d love to show you how to do the same!
