My passion is helping home cooks learn Italian plant-based cooking through timeless techniques, seasonal ingredients, and whole-food recipes that build confidence in the kitchen—not just another collection of recipes.

After more than 35 years in the corporate technology world, I followed a deeper calling back to the kitchen—not just to cook, but to heal. For years, I overlooked what was on my plate until chronic health struggles forced me to pay attention. Discovering whole-food, plant-based cooking changed everything. It restored my energy, my clarity, and my joy.

Today, I create recipes rooted in Italian tradition and inspired by the seasons. While I’m especially known for oil-free Italian recipes, my kitchen is guided more by timeless cooking principles than by borders. My goal isn’t simply to share recipes—it’s to help you understand why they work, so you can cook with confidence, trust your instincts, and make delicious plant-based meals your own.

I’m also a proud wife, mother of two, and Nanna to two beautiful grandchildren here in Austin. Feeding the people I love has always been my greatest inspiration.
