About Me

I am a wife, mother of two, a Fortune 500 tech company employee for over 35 years, and passionate about food. I am one of those who lives to eat! I overlooked for years what my family and I ate. It took its toll on me and resulted in chronic illnesses that drained my energy and health for a very long time.

I found a better way through whole food plant-based (WFPB) eating and have been on a journey to regain my health.  I have reinvented the way I eat and cook.  I can help you do the same.
