I made my
Easy 3-Ingredient Granola
and had some leftover. What to do with it? How about some granola bars? Theses are not too sweet, not too chocolaty, gluten free, dairy free, no oil and no eggs.

follow package directions or use 1 egg
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350℉.
Line a 9x11 inch cake pan with parchment paper.
Mix dry ingredients together in a marge bowl.
Mix wet ingredients in an smaller bowl until thoroughly combined.
Mix dry ingredients into wet in 2 batches.
Transfer to 9x11 inch cake pan lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 30 minutes. Remove form oven and let cool completely before cutting or they will crumble.
