I am a wife, mother of two, and now a Nanna of two! I have been a Fortune 500 tech company employee for over 35 years. I am also passionate about food. I am one of those who lives to eat! I overlooked for years what my family and I ate. It affected me greatly. I developed chronic illnesses that drained my energy and health for a very long time.

I found a better way through whole food plant-based (WFPB) eating. I have been on a journey to regain my health.  I have reinvented the way I eat and cook.  I can help you do the same.
