On July 26, 2023 Donna appeared as a guest chef on the Center for Nutritional Studies (CNS) Kitchen, leading a class titled: Eggplant. Not Just a One-Trick-Parmy! The CNS Kitchen offers resources for those new to the whole-food, plant-based (WFPB) lifestyle or exploring its culinary and wellness benefits.
