Chef AJ Live! Donna appeared with Linda Tyler Tyler (Gracious Vegan) on Chef AJ Live on March 7, 2025. She demonstrated plant-based oil-free cheese recipes. They created these recipes in their collaboration on The Plant-Based Cheese Lover’s Cookbook. This was part of 2025’s The Vegan Health Bundle. She also contributed a Volume 2 as a follow-up to her 2024 Vegan Bundle contribution. This is in the collection called PLANTifull Fare with Italian Flare. The CNS Kitchen offers resources for those new to the whole-food, plant-based (WFPB) lifestyle. It also helps those exploring its culinary and wellness benefits. She showcased four WFPB recipes featuring eggplant: Grilled Eggplant and Tomato Salad with a Basil Lemon Pesto. Caponata, a Dark Chocolate Almond Eggplant Torte .
