Dr. Shobha Rayapudi Live! Donna joined Dr. Shobha on March 9, 2025 to showcase three recipes. These included Pappa al Pomodoro (Italian Bread and Tomato Soup). Another featured dish was Green Cesar Vegan Ricotta Dip. This dip uses her new recipe for Oil-Free Confit Garlic with Aquafaba. These recipes are be oil-free, dairy-free and wholly plant-based. Soups can be conveniently frozen for batch cooking. The cookbook includes 10 foundational “ingredient recipes.” This book is more than just a recipe collection. It reflects Donna’s culinary journey. The book honors her heritage and traditions. It also promotes health and flavor. This is Vol 2 in the collection called PLANTifull Fare with Italian Flare. Chef AJ with Linda Tyler, aka Gracious Vegan will upload soon to her channel. We showcase The Plant-Based Cheese Lover’s Cookbook. This collection includes 12 cheese recipes. It also features 18 Cheesy Creations that showcase these recipes. They will bring the joy of cheese back into your life. Our cookbook has chapters on several topics. These include Agar and Using the Right Blender. It also covers The Plant-Based Cheese Pantry. Finally, there is an FAQ section with many troubleshooting questions answered. The CNS Kitchen offers resources for those new to the whole-food, plant-based (WFPB) lifestyle. It also helps those exploring its culinary and wellness benefits. She showcased four WFPB recipes featuring eggplant: Grilled Eggplant and Tomato Salad with a Basil Lemon Pesto. Caponata, a Dark Chocolate Almond Eggplant Torte .
