Growing up Italian, food has always meant everything to me—joy, family, and tradition. At first, letting go of meat and dairy felt like losing a piece of my heritage. But everything changed when I discovered the vibrant world of plant-based Italian cooking. Now, I blend tradition with transformation, one flavorful dish at a time. As Jeff and I travel the world in retirement, I gather fresh inspiration from every stop. I then bring it all back to my kitchen to share with you.
