Plant-based yogurt are much more available today. ALWAYS READ THE LABELS. Some are using nuts which can make them higher in calories. Some add lots of sugar and salt. Some even use plant-based oils. I love the Culina brand as its ingredients are organic coconut, agar, and probiotic cultures. That’s it! And while it is coconut-based, it doesn’t taste it.   • 2 teaspoons oregano ground
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley
  • 2 teaspoon granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons salt or 2 tsps salt substitute
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon ground basil or 1 tsp basil leaves
  • ½ teaspoon ground thyme or 1/4 tsp thyme leaves
  • 1 teaspoon dried celery leaves or 1/2 tsp dried celery flakes

Italian Creamy Dressing

  • 1 tablespoon Italian Dressing Herb Seasoning Mi
  • ¼ cup vinegar of your choice white balsamic, white wine or any other light colored vinegar
  • ¼ cup plant-based yogurt

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients together.
  • Omit the sugar and salt if your dietary needs call for it.
  • Store in an air-tight container.

Creamy Italian Salad Dressing

  • Mix 1 tbsp of this mix with ¼ cup vinegar and ¼ cup plant-based yogurt. Whisk well before using.
