Easy 2-Ingredient Granola
I make my own granola now because it is cleaner and much less expensive. This 2-ingredient granola recipe (salt doesn’t count) is meant to be divided into 6 portions. Each portion is just enough for topping our morning or snack yogurt.

Sometimes I will double or triple the batch so I can make leftover granola bars. Feel free to add in any dried fruits, nuts, or seeds. Add them immediately when the granola comes out of the oven for the last time. This will avoid them burning. Any add-ins will increase calories so if you are watching your weight it is important to remember this.

The carbs in oats are mostly starches and fiber. They pack more protein and fat than most other grains. They are also a good source of beta glucan. This unique, soluble fiber is linked to multiple health benefits. Oats offer high amounts of many vitamins and minerals, such as manganese, phosphorus, copper, B vitamins, iron, selenium, magnesium, and zinc. They are the only dietary source of powerful antioxidants called avenathramides. They also contain ferulic acid and phytic acid. Oats vast benefits include potentially reducing cholesterol and blood sugar levels. What’s more, they’re very filling and naturally gluten-free — but may be contaminated with glutenous grains. Easy 2-Ingredient Granola
Equipment
- Sheet Pan
- Parchment Paper
Ingredients
- 1 cup Whole Oat
- 2 tablespoons Honey Unfiltered
- 1 dash Salt Optional
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325℉ degrees.
- Combine honey and oats in a small bowl.
- Spread ½ inch think onto baking sheet lined with parchment paper or 9 by 13 baking pan.
- Bake at 325℉ for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and "flip" or stir/rotate with a spatula. You want to ensure all the oats are baking evenly. Return to oven and repeat until the oats are dry and crunchy. This should take at least three 10 minutes cycles in total but maybe longer depending on your oven.
- When they have reached your desired crunch level, remove from oven and cool on stove top.
