Seasoned with salt or other savory spice blend they are perfect with any bean dip. Also a great replacement for traditional bags of unhealthy salty snacks alongside a Beet Black Bean Burger, or Beet Mushroom Burger. If you sprinkle with cinnamon these are amazing as a topper for a dessert of “nice” ice cream or a chocolate mousse.

Add-Ins and Substitutions
When I was creating this recipe I wanted a crispy chip but not the oil. I have baked these with no oil and no cooking spray with success—the secret is using a low oven temperature.
Storing
This is a great Sunday batch cooking item for use during the week. Simply cool and pop into a container for up to 1 week. After this, if you have any left, they start to become stale (because there are no preservatives added) 😊.
Nutrition 411
Corn tortillas deliver fiber, whole grains, and other nutrients while being lower in fat and calories than flour tortillas. One hundred percent corn tortillas are an excellent choice for anyone with Celiac disease or gluten intolerance. Nutritionally, they deliver smaller amounts of sodium, carbs, fat, and calories than flour tortillas. If you’re looking for a healthier option, corn tortillas outshine their flour alternative. Just remember to check the nutrition facts label to ensure there’s no added wheat flour. (Trusted source.)
There are also almond flour or coconut flour tortillas. You can buy them at select stores or prepare them at home by following a recipe, and you’ll find many online with a quick web search.
